I just wash them in my bed room. I lay a few towels down and wash them down with soap and wash cloth. Then mineral oil and baby wipes and toilet paper. Then baby oil and repeat baby wipes and toilet paper. Final baby powder

I do have a doll stand that has a seat attachment to hold her up between the crotch area. I’ll give that a shot and just clean her holes while she’s on the bed spread out. I really wish I’ve gotten a doll rack instead, but the seat stand should be ok.
