While others are joking (and being hilarious, I might add! ), when I bought my Anji from them, I'd typically get a reply at around 3 am-ish. I'm guessing that they are China time and not Los Angeles time.

I also, typically, got a response within 24 hours of my questions. Unless it was the weekend.

I bought a FanReal from Rosemary, and they usually get back to me in a day (sometimes 2). I think their offices are in Hong Kong, so the responses are usually sent around 4am my time (I am in the PST time zone).

If you live in the Eastern states they are usually active around 11pm-2am so minus 3hrs from that for the West. Most doll sites are from China (where dolls are also made from) so your only 2 best options of contact is by email or live chat on their site.
