Probably XXXL! She's not that small up top. And I'm betting she wears a large or possibly XL in panties (which is what real women should be wearing. Little girls and teens wear smalls and mediums!).

I know, right?! They have the doll, is a quick 30-60 second 360 walk around of her in the nude to much to ask for? It takes 1 minute to film, and a few to upload. We don't need any after effects, fancy green screen backgrounds, or A listed actors to be in the scene with her. A quick phone video would work perfectly fine and be more than enough.

If a doll was designed in the image of "Beshine or Chelsea_Charms or even Himiwako"! I can't be too wrong because look how popular these huge breast models are. If someone doesn't want their doll to look like that then that's your perogative but I am sure if one was made it would sell. It doesn't have to be an exact replica but on the same line as size breast with a little more booty.
