What I tried here is to adjust the line of sight. With "Ocean Green" eyes she's supposed to look slightly sideways; with "Victorian Blue" eyes she's supposed to look upward (since she's couchant, the eyes are actually directed to the left). With "Sunrise Brown" eyes, I left her to gaze almost directly into the lens.
What I really like about the Secrist eyes is their iris pattern. It appears rather organic, opposed to mechanical patterns like used in other eyes. Example: Blue eyes of a Sanhui 88:

The Secrist Dolls' eyes come as half-rounds; I'm padding them in the back with cotton balls, but I think it's easier to adjust the eyes properly if they are Full-rounds. On occasion I'll check this.
For comparison: Brown eyes on a DS Doll ›Sandy‹ head. These eyes are mounted on a socket with some mechanics that makes adjusting the line of sight a lot easier:

Anyway, the eye color and the line of sight can totally change the expression of the face. It's quite exciting what a strong effect such a small change might have.
