AWESOME Dark Knight! I haven't had any problems with FedEx, but I imagine that varies wildly in different areas. Back in the day you could have gotten it from George who would repack the doll properly for long distance travel. Really - using a vendor may be an extra step, but often has its benefits....

I think I'll begin on Sunday. With a planned 3 different adhesive applications she should be good on Wednesday! I will post pics...

I did indeed do the ill advised maneuver, but considering how little force I used I still think this is a design that needs to be improved.

Use the H.264 codec. The default should work great.
File format is p much up to you. H264 works in mpg/mov/etc.
