Really unprofessional from vendor or sino. Someone f-ed up. Basically two things are not right. The eyes and soft butt. Partial refund or fix is a must. I agree with Willendorph, get the standing feet. You do not need to spend extra money for flight case cause you can store your doll just standing against the wall or in the closet. I have removable insert. Easy cleaning. All other stuff is just preference i guess. Dolls are heavy, its not fun to alw...

Nice photos !! My Yuki is same doll but she has brown skin and blonde/brown hair. I really picked my waifu after seeing osmond pictures too just tweaked little bit. I use baby wipes and microfiber cloth to clean/dry her . If you have insert your stuff is not inside the doll, thats why insert is good. Just make sure doll is dry. I think the most important thing is to make your cleaning smooth as possible. Otherwise you just do not want to use the doll much. At f...
