And yes, mine is the 162E with the seamless #S159 head.

The 158 is a softer silicone and feels way better than TPE and the 162 is a very soft silicone and very soft to touch. You have the 162E right? Here is what I use.
Don’t know if the video will upload but the photos will show you the setup.

Take the bolt out and wrap in plumbers tape. This will tighten the bolt in the neck thread. Then pick up a rubber 5/8th wiring grommet to put on the bolt. This will make the head tighten onto it.
