Good news. The new head arrived (it was delayed by the Chinese New Year) and I won't saw she's as good as new, but she has a new head.

Climax Doll is replacing the head for the cost of shipping. I ordered the Una Carha head as well, because the original is one of the "Unseen" on this forum.

Not glass smooth, but like porcelain. Like I said, I think it's ceramic or some sort of synthetic epoxy resin.

I can't imagine a company like them saying "no" to me wanting to order just the head, because I'd be happy throwing money at the problem.
