Is there a way to stiffen the TPE at the nipple so it's a bit firmer akin to real life? I imagine you could sculpt the TPE around a safe substrate like a hard rubber "nub" or something? Of course it's got to be done in a chemically safe way so that mouth play won't be a toxic undertaking.

Brilliant. This is exactly what I'm thinking. Did you just melt new TPE around the nipple and sculpt it in or is this the result of the heated die? (Or both?)
