Repair of vagina and anus for TPE dolls - New manuals

Dear TDF community,

please let me describe the situation I do have at the moment:

At the moment I'm receiving an unbelievable amount of requests for the TPE repair kit.

9 from 10 TPE doll owners are having problems with cuts and stretch marks in the vagina and anus of their Jinsan TPE dolls.
The doll owners are reporting to me that in most cases the Jinsan TPE dolls are brand new or just one week in usage.

The TPE repair kit was / is designed for repairing accidents and injuries.
It is possible to do perfect repairs at vagina and anus, but actually as an exception, because these repairs are a bit difficult and need more time.

This exception became standard now.

Writing an detailed email to everyone on how to repair this with the repair kit creates a tremendous effort for me and brings the production of the Indigo products and important developments to a standstill.

I have to react.
I'm prepairing 2 additional manuals for the repair of the vagina and anus.
The manuals should be ready in about 2 weeks (language: German, English, French).

Please take a look at these pictures of successful and perfect repairs made from customers having worked with the TPE repair kit for the first time:

As you can see there is also a TPE material reinforcement made with the provided TPE paste and soft solvents.
The TPE doll is in a better condition after the repair.
It looks really very prefect, material reinforced and smooth, as it should actually be from the beginning.

Please give me the time to make these manuals together with the customers allowing me to use their pictures made from the repairs.

As soon as the manuals are ready, I will inform you.

This should be a very helpful topic, as this is one of the hardest TPE repairs out there...please also include the requirement to prepare and remove all previous lubricants and contaminents.

This is indeed amazing. I will follow this closely as my doll as a small vagina tear that I would like to fix. If it can be done, I will order a kit for sure...

So the exception is now the rule is kind of in the realm of finger are going to poke and break and that sucks but its the new normal?

I'll love seeing the guide and buying kit I know I'll need.

Seniordolllover,
I believe he means it in how long the repairs will take. That is the exception.
Indigo explained to me why this might be happening to the dolls and it makes perfect sense.
A rod must be removed from the vaginal cavity.
An example I give is as follows:
Take one hand and point one finger towards the ceiling,
With your other hand grab it tight as you make fist. Now, while still squeezing, pull the finger out. Feel friction? I gather microscopic tears could happen this the importance of the best protocol possible to slow down any damage.

These repairs look perfect. I'm thinking about buying your repair kit escpecially since it is possible to reinforce the damaged area for future use. Lolas butt teard way to easily. Looking forward to see the manuals and hope I can understand the repair process.

Interesting! Tried fixing a slight tear in a TPE/TPR vagina with a TPE glue. It didn't work at all. It just cured itself to a blob and then came off of the tear.

Maybe this manual of yours with the Indigo repair kit would be a better bet.

Really nice work, you dont have any videos, or can you make how to repair??
I just think its a much easy understand how to repair with the video, tnx

1.)
In order to produce 2 videos I need a TPE doll, which has exactly these damages.
My TPE dolls are in perfect condition.

2.)
If I were to get such a TPE doll, it would cost me over two weeks time to make the two videos, because between the work steps the TPE paste must cure.

3.)
In addition, the video clips would have to be cut to complete videos.

4.)
Furthermore, the videos must be made in German, English and French language.

Make3434, you are already clear, that the whole work, which I already spend in writing the manuals would be wasted and the customers, who already wait for the manuals, had to wait again for months.

That would be irresponsible by me and I would break promises.
I do not do that.

thanks for making these products and information available.
I don't know why they don't reinforce these areas with string like they do on the boobs much like rebar in concrete it works for the boobs it would work in the other areas as well. ,
in addition , injecting a small amount of air with an air pistol in those areas when they're removing the rod would probably minimize a great deal of this problem as well I don't know if they do this procedure or not but they should
