It is a great looking head,#172, with or without the elf ears. That is factory make up (except the lipstick) and I think they did a superb job on it.

The vampire idea is great, she needs to hit the tanning salon a bit less for that tho

The makeup, the mouth, and the way the ears are shaped definitely looks Nosferatu inspired.

Stunning face - she is not the 160face - I have already just ordered the 160 last week.

Definitely some vampire/nosferatu look about her. She is right near the top of my want list....
