HELP ,HELP , HELP ...

Question ; Does anyone know a doll repair person in the south eastern states area ? My doll suffered a break at the point where the spine and hips join and I'd like to get her repaired .the break will require welding and replacing a section of the stainless without burning my doll . My mig is to large to make the repair and I'd prefer to have someone that has a working knowledge of doll repairs to do the job . ANY SUGGESTIONS ???

Fasten with pipe halves secured with metal hose clamps.
This type of repair has been posted elsewhere on this forum (can't remember where)
