Anyone ever shorten a doll?

I’ve looked at photos of the WM skeleton (the most recent one I think), and it looks like the shin part is made to extend or shorten if you unscrew the 2 nuts (like a telescope). Does anyone have experience with the skeleton and can confirm or deny this?

No, I never did. I abandoned the idea as the 170 6ye (which I have obtained) reached the height without the silly exaggerated shins (they did it in the torso).enh4559 wrote:@Dollyman, did you ever get around to trying this? As an aside, I'm probably going to sell that WM 168.
I've heard the WM 166 also got the height from the torso rather than the shins...
