What type of paint is safe for lips and nips? Something that is leadfree and non toxic but will not fade?

I used regular make-up and sealed it on with GE Silicone 1 thinned with Naptha when I did Stephi's Lips and Nips.
I got info on How to from the 1stpc website.

The lips were pink and red blush and the nips were covergirl cheekers "Rock and Rose"...

I also did her labia too.
