Back again with a new documentary!

Hi Everyone,

It's been a while since I've been on this forum. Some of you know me some don't. My name is Sophie and in 2015/2016 I made a short Documentary about Everard called My Silicone Love. We also made some shots at the doll-meet and I met several of you.
This documentary went all over the world and even got nominated for an student oscar.

Im working on getting my Vimeo acount live again. Apparently people from vimeo think My Silicon Love is inappropriate.

Anyway as soon as it is live again I will put it on here.

Now for my new documenatary I am looking for men 45+ who are still living with their parents and have a very close bond. The film is not about dolls but they can be in the film if you wish. It's mainly about the connection between son and mother and how it became 'normal' to move out of your parents house after a certain age and why you decided not to.

Please let me know if you are interested in talking to me about this. (This ofcourse doesn't men that you have to be involved yet)

Hi Sophie, thank you for sharing the link, it´s been a while since I last watched your excellent film. I recall very you and your team well as I was attending that meet and was present at the dinner, with the back to the camera. Sadly Everard didn´t really join in at the meet but that´s just the way he is. It´s a great portrait!
II´d qualify for your new project agewise, but I´m not living with my parents anymore.

Parabolic mic or some foley on the first scene (car parking)? Either way it’s great sound engineering.

What a wonderful documentary, so sensitively constructed but so sad, it had me in tears for the poor man.

Needless to say I am now a follower of you and will share this and your other equally interesting and thought provoking work .
