Looking for a repair service in New jersey

Hi currently I live in NJ an I'm shopping around looking for a repair spot in Jersey . I need both hands and wrists fixed as well as right arm joints seems to not line up like the other side. I really have no time or patients to do it myself . Please if any one knows anyone in the state of New jersey hell even New York City pass the information over ty.
