Check out Made For Love. The doll isn't the main story arc but a side arc and it's what got me looking into dolls and now I've just bought a torso to start off!

"Lars and the Real Girl" was the film that got me into dolls in the first place! Definitely worth a watch if you haven't already seen it. I relate to Lars in so many ways.

On Netflix, "The Tourist" S2 E1 a police officer has a doll. In this scene he's upset because she fell from a chair.

She was actually very well received on that show, and in later episodes gets occasional mention. I haven't watched all the episodes yet so she might make another appearance before the end of the third season.

Love this trailer ! Also reminds me of a few drives, top down, in Venice Beach, before she got her Robotic Head.

My favorite synthetic companion movie/TV show is my short film, "Real", starring Evelyn, an AI Tech Robotic Companion next is the TV Show "Dummy" with Anna Kendrick and Meredith Hagner on Roku.
