I can't speak for silicon,

But if you're a man that likes shape/form over feel, the hollow breasts will look better in or out of tops.

The gel breasts will be a little bigger, and outside of a top they will look a bit more " natural " but not to the point where they are saggy or not appealing. But feel much better.

With the extra boob weight also, you'll have to maintain her chest area a lot more often to keep the TPE from tearing, and when storing her keep her in a bra or top that lifts her boobs up and supports them.

I'll also add, that the gel breasts can and definitely do look flat out amazing in slightly smaller tops and bras if you're into that busting out bimbo look.
