Fair or pink skin color

Hey guys, I wanna buy a WM doll but I'm haven't decided yet her skin colour. I am between fair or pink, two colors relatively close but yet different. I was wondering if you guys could put photos of some dolls of yours to make easier to see the difference. Many thanks!

Welcome to TDF.

One thing you can do is look at factory photos. The lighting can be kind of harsh, but it gives you some idea of the difference in skin tones.

This is pretty accurate for the modern tan skin. In contrast you can see the difference between her and the white clothes she is wearing. To me, the color isn’t overwhelmingly dark, and very realistic. She looks healthy more than anything. But beauty is in the eye of the beholder.

From a sale I did years ago. Colors are definitely NOT close..

It all depends really. I have a little story around my doll. She's white (pink- the term white/black always irked me but whatever), but her original world is pretty warm/sunny so I chose light tan. Light tan works really well for what I was looking for. I'm sure tan would've also worked.
