I’m starting to think they’re not a UK based company. I only get replies at 1am and usually a 1-2 day wait between replies. Places order 20th feb. 2 incorrect heads provided in factory pics, now they’re asking me which head I want so I’ve just gone straight to the factory as I get quicker and clearer responses from them…..sigh

This is very interesting. I’ve bought a doll from them about a year ago, and they were great. I’ll be in the market for another doll in the next month or so, but if they aren’t contacting you as a customer, that doesn’t exactly bolster much confidence in their business.

I’d send another email and start a chat on the website with your order number. Danny, Emma or Seb should’ve got back to you by now.

My dolls body has been ready for over a month but they can’t get the correct head or hair colour.

I just bought Roxy from them and I got constant emails from them. I even got an email from them today asking me to rate all the bonus options they provide. This sounds strange to me because they were in constant contact with me and worked diligently on a minor coloration repair before she was sent out.

They keep spamming me by email to review things I bought and now they want me to leave a review on TrustpIlot. Yeah, right. Changing visible user name isn't enough, I'd want a separate account to review a sex-doll related product. A pity, because I was considering ordering a doll from them this year.
