I’m starting to think they’re not a UK based company. I only get replies at 1am and usually a 1-2 day wait between replies. Places order 20th feb. 2 incorrect heads provided in factory pics, now they’re asking me which head I want so I’ve just gone straight to the factory as I get quicker and clearer responses from them…..sigh
