Light staff does make sense, they are hiring and have been running about 10 staff short, if memory serves me correctly. Did you mean 11am or 1pm? I am thinking they weren't eating lunch in their cars at 11pm.... Sam is no longer with the company.

That's a shame, I really liked Sam and he was quite helpful with me over the years.
