Scratches on the skin, but not in a random way..
Scratches on the skin, but not in a random way..
I have a silicone lovedoll from AK Dolls (daughter company of WM Dolls) and after almost a year of usage, there are starting to occur some scratches on her belly, and also below her neck above the chest.
See pictures below. As you can see, they don't seem randomly generated, because of the solid round curve they make around the bellybutton.
Does any of you ever seen this before, and if yes can you advice me on how to deal with it? I have silicone glue (good working) I previously used on a small gap on her wrist, but as you might understand I don't want to see too much of the reparations on her tummy, since that's one of the places I really love about her.
If there's another post from the past about this subject, I'm sorry I didn't find it. Perhaps you can redirect me to it in that case.
Many thanks in advance!

it is so mysterieous!
I wish your doll feels better soon ;_;
Maybe it is stiff belly tearing after bending of back?

Re: Scratches on the skin, but not in a random way..
Hi,
I'm sorry for the late response because I didn't get a notification of your answers.
As an answer to your question. The scratches are really superficial, not more than half a millimeter deep.
I received this repairkit from the WMDoll reseller, see the picture below. When I asked how to use it, he responded: 'Use the transparant little jar to clean the damaged area first, and after that use the solution in the tube, which is some sort of glue that also has a dissolving effect. Work very precise and gentle!"
Right! So has anyone else seen a repairset like this? And if yes, can you share me your experience using it? It's too bad, because on the internet I can nowhere find a proper instruction movie how to use these materials, so I feel a little bit lost here. And since the scratches are on her tummy I really don't want to mess things up.
Hope anyone can brightens things up for me, so I know how to properly use this. Maybe you can redirect me to a topic on this forum I haven't found myself yet?
Thanks and greetz,
