Hi .. I was looking through ebay and came across several of these dolls from hong kong .. What are these all about .. I mean like are they half blow up or whole? Some of them look very nice.

Free shipping? From Hong Kong? The shipping costs would be more than the cost of the doll. 3 positive feedback reviews? One day shipping option and then in the description it's 10 days.
