Wow what a great unboxing and review, very well written too.

I too have a Kimber and by gawd they are so great aren't they. The only thing that's lets them down are their hands, which no matter how careful you are break quite early. My Kimberley's hands are in such a state I'm going to buy her a whole new body to fix them. Another thing to watch for is her feet, which soon deteriorate. But the rest of her is perfect. BTW to colour the nipples and private area, I tend to use eye shadow and a brush. Something I learned on the UK forum. I'm going to do an article on it on our site soon for the new doll I have. She too hasn't much colour there.

I also have done a video on dressing your doll and how i do it. I used Kimberley for that.

I'm sure you are going to have a great time with Ava, and your photographic skills will increase significantly rest assured!

Thanks, Gary, and yes her ass is to die for! I know what you mean about the hands. I've been doing my best to protect them with socks at night but the wrist joints are rather loose out of the box and feel very flimsy. I dread the day they decide to give up the ghost! I still love her, though, and you can't go wrong at this price in my opinion. I'll check out your stuff, thanks!

Today I finally received some new, very cute lingerie for Ava from China. She also had some nice satin nightwear from Primark that she hadn't worn yet, so before you could say "Do we have time for this today?", I was dressing her up for an impromptu fashion shoot. This was my first time posing her in any way, and once I got over my fears of breaking her fingers/joints/patience, I had so much fun giving her a little "story". Also, I don't know where the time went; one minute it was 4.30 pm and the next it was 7.30 pm! Still, time well spent

These were all just shot on my phone (Samsung Galaxy S10) and slightly tweaked in Photoshop. Nothing major, but I'm quite pleased with them as my first foray into photographing my girl. Oh, and the cute Chinese lingerie is at the end...

Thanks Gary! I had so much fun posing her and really got into it. It took so long though as I’m a stickler for things like stray hairs and eyes being adrift; I now have even more respect for those owners who dress up and pose their girls on the regular!

Its worth the extra effort. I sometimes am too quick with the shots that I miss things, or is it my age???? So yea, taking it nice and steady is the way to go. Much more enjoyable too.
