Hi daryljb619 It is not possible for the machine to allow a sex doll to do cowgirl or reverse cowgirl using mechanical motion (as I previously mentioned it can be used with the adjustable (non mechanically movable) seat -backrest unit to have sex in cowgirl with a real person or a sex doll but without mechanical motion). The invention is designed to use and convert the power and motion of an electrical gearmotor into an horizontal motion so the sex doll attached to the seat-backrest unit will move back and forth (kind of horizontal) similar to the motion a real girl can do when having sex in doggy style (girl kicking back) and in a position similar to missionary with leg support (like a girl in a sex swing ). When a real girl do cowgirl she is moving up and down (in an approximated vertical motion) and It will be very difficult for any invention like this one to mechanically move a 50 to 100 pounds or more sex doll up (against gravity) and down (controlling fall... again... fighting gravity). It will require (in my opinion) a very strong , big and noisy high torque gearmotor and a very different design probably tall, complex and bulky for the machine to allow positioning and securing the sex doll to be moved up and down without tearing the silicone. I am not saying is not possible (it is not for this machine) but just now an idea for a different invention is starting to develop in my brain Thank you my friend...I will start trying to work it out to find a solution if possible.
About your other question the answer is yes....the seat-backrest unit has velcro in the back allowing to fix and secure any torso or similar sex toy to make it move to improve the sexual experience with the sex toy
