To answer some questions... which doll is better the 173 or the YL 158? Here's the beautiful thing about dolls, they are unique is their own special way. It's hard to compare them, because they are both 10's. It depends what you're looking for.

Cleaning a fixed vagina, I use a long medical clamp. I also use a soap spray bottle, wrap a small paper towel around the clamp, and very gently clean the sugar walls.

As for the 6YE tpe, her skin is very soft, similar to WM tpe skin, and overall doesn't leak anymore than any other doll I've own. Honestly, I can't remember her leaking anything.
