I searched the entire repair section and nothing about how to fix flat spots. My 1st pc torso lied flat for about six months and she's got a flat bottom. I'm wondering if anyone has any knowledge whether these spots will disappear over time or is this permanant.

Flat butts and boobs are common for the 1PC dolls. Both are easy to fix.
Britti_Lover is right, get a kit from RJ.
To avoid a lot of seeping out of the hole made by the injection needle, try to inject where the skin is a little thicker. Perhaps on the hip side of the cheek, with the needle angled in and where you want to fill, about an inch or two under the thinner butt skin. Plug the needle hole with a match stick or round tooth pick if it weeps.
It's an easy job to do, and the results will be good.
