You guys need to learn anatomy. The anus is immediately adjacent to the tail bone. The tail bone defines the upper crack of the ass between the butt cheeks. You have managed to make the true anus location have no orifice, and then placed the vaginal orifice in front of your misplaced anal orifice.

While it might not be proper placement, it atleast looks accessible from the back so not all lost. While this one may not be perfect, I have seen far far worse.

I'm just chiming in for my own understanding of your concerns. Correct me if I'm wrong but it's because it's my understanding that one of the major challenges TPE doll makers face is that TPE is NOT a suitable material for keeping the vagina separated from the rectum in a realistic manner.

I'm not a gynaecologist, but I know enough to know that with human female anatomy, there's a very thin, firm, strong, fibrous wall (fascia) that keeps the two passages separated. TPE can't serve that function... so there is a very high risk of a TPE wall being degraded or damaged, and the TPE isn't thick enough in those "high traffic areas" to sustain any kind of stress. The only design recourse is to separate the two passages by placing them further apart from each other allowing for a thicker TPE wall for separation that can handle friction and wear. Otherwise, it won't take much for a cock to punch through a vagina and into an anus with a single haphazard thrust.

What am I missing? I think I understand your concerns.... but, is it because you want a realistic looking doll that can only be used for display purposes? If I'm overlooking that some other doll maker has conqured this issue, with current tech/techniques, I'd love to see it and can you point me to it, please?

Perhaps it's just a matter of time before graduated TPE blends becomes possible, where the density and elasticity can be controlled during production, for various anatomical regions.

Perhaps it's just a matter of time before they develop something (thin leather sheath/barrier?) that can be placed between the two passages, in the mold, that serves to really reinforce that thin area between the two passages, but doesn't compromise the internal feel or texture. Until that time, I don't see any other way around it, and love hole placement continues to be a compromise between form and function.

Genuine question... do you think there is enough of a market for "Display Only" dolls?

I don't care what the excuses are. The dolls are not going to sell. It's not impossible to make realistic dolls, even with TPE. The excuses about durability are just that, excuses.

If they can't even figure out how to make an anatomically correct doll, then it doesn't matter if the orifices are durable or not. It's not sexy, it's repulsive.

Do you not own any dolls? I don't want to alarm you but there are thousands of us that do, and we spend thousands of dollars, and we've been buying them for decades.

If the dolls didn't sell than so many manufacturers couldn't get away with the current designs, some companies will make a custom mold but it costs extra. If I wanted 100% realism I would just get a human girlfriend. If you are not willing to compromise then you can wait for your perfect doll design. The needs of the many outweigh the needs of the few, it seems you are in the minority when it comes to acceptable design ascetics.
