As of 10/10/2020, these are not available yet
They are still working on making it happen
Hopefully, they will update this thread or let me know once they are done

Cheers Jeff. Presumably they are working on them for the silicone versions - I have a feeling that implementing them in a TPE doll is going to be even more difficult due to the much higher production temperatures involved.

Thanks for this thread. The combination of articulated fingers plus the 171A and latest heads has me interested. I hope they release a lot more pictures than they have been.

I see no reason articulated fingers would not work on TPE dolls hands...
Could someone explain the pessimism?
Why would slightly higher temperatures effect anything?

Is there any images of the articulated fingers skeleton?

I believe the pour temp for TPE is a lot higher than for silicone. It just occurred to me that it might be an issue with articulated fingers because of the smallness of the joints. Silicone skeletons are often better adjusted than TPE ones and I have been led to believe that the pour temp has something to do with it.

They are working on both TPE and Silicone so no pictures yet.

Some say proper articulated hands would have vinyl washers which would melt in TPE pour. It's likely that this solution is all metal so it will probably work for both.

PTFE and PEEK are about the only 2 plastics that can survive a TPE pour, Nylon, maybe

Sweet I just added this to my the 169 cm Full Silicone model I have on order. Thanks for the heads up. Glad I didn't miss that option

Hmm, I went to the Starperry website and tried to make a doll to see how much the new hands cost but I did not see it listed as an option.

So I will just ask the questions I have on here.

How much does this new option cost?
Will it only be available in silicone or will it be available in TPE as well?
