When I order mine, that is most likely what it will be, unless they release something better in the next couple of months or so. Hopefully in silicone, if I can come up with the price difference before they finish the finger skeleton.

@haremlover Will your review be of a tpe, or silicone body? Which body, and which face? And, is this a loaner for review purposes, or one you bought for yourself?

She's silicone and has been sent to me for review. Whether sent to me or bought by me doesn't make a difference: it's a brave manufacturer who sends me a doll. I advise manufacturers about what can be improved and I'll only give a recommendation of approval about a doll that warrants it. By Monday or so you'll find another video turning up relating to a manufacturer whose hands are flawed. I've sent the video to the manufacturer for comments so that either I can say "The manufacturer is addressing this issue" or releasing it without comment. If the doll doesn't come up to recommendable standard I'm not keen on releasing any glamour photos that I might do, but a doll which deserves enthusiasm gets photographed - and I hope well so.

I'm beginning to prefer to do a written report about a doll and a video rather than photographs so that people can see my methodology of examination of a doll and the objectivity that I apply to the assessment.

With luck Starpery is going to pass the test. I was hoping that she was a model with finger skeleton but understand that this feature is not available yet.

So whilst I appreciate the perception that there might be a difference between a review doll and a bought doll, for me there isn't. Well not quite. If I've shelled out a lot of money on a doll that I want to resell . . . am I going to be wholly objective about any defects? If a doll has been sent to me for review, perhaps a prototype and taking that into account, I have no reason to hold back on appropriate criticism.
Good manufacturers value that and my reviews rely on people understanding and knowing that. So it is indeed a brave and conscientious manufacturer who sends me a doll.

So as yet, I'm unaware of quite what I'll find in the box . . .

It's going to be fun to find out.

There's another test involved in a review which is an indication to me the extent to which manufacturers are likely to provide good customer service in after-sales support. I believe that high expectations of Starpery will be well justified.

@haremlover. I by no means meant to imply that purchase or loan status would alter your objectivity. I merely wanted to know if she was joining your personal harem, or if it was, how shall we say, a purely business relationship. Looking forward to the full review.

but if i can give a little piece of advice, the Starpery dolls need some head with a "voluptuous" expression on their faces, just to create the mood...
