First purchase

This is my first time writing in this forum, so I'm here to give my review on this vendor.

I purchased 2 dolls near the end of March and got them both early April. Though the second order I made arrived way before the order I made a week or two earlier. However the reason why the first order was slower to get to me was on the account of some misinformation and needed touchups prior to shipping. Though it all worked out with back and forth communications with Elizabeth.

A few days after placing my order, Elizabeth contacted me about an issue that the head was silicone and therefore needed an extra charge. I was under the impression that it was TPE because it offered mouth options. To this day, the above link still offers the mouth options however the material details at the bottom now clearly state that the head is silicone. On the webpage where you can purchase the head separately, it still details the material as TPE, offers mouth options, and is listed at TPE price.

I pointed out these discrepancies to Elizabeth and in the end, I paid the extra charge. So there was that delay. The second was part of the production miscommunication with Elizabeth end and China's COVID lockdown. Prior to starting the production, I emailed Elizabeth a few color corrections for body complexion and areola color. The first former was well communicated but the latter wasn't as it was revealed to me in the pre-shipping photos. Elizabeth reached out to the factory and the corrections were made.

My review on the doll itself...
From head to toe, she's amazingly beautiful. The wig that was shipped with her wasn't exactly as the photos so I shopped around and found a really good resemblance both in color and density. The only disappointments I have though is that one, the vagina opening gaps a bit wider when legs are spread like in the photos, and the second disappointment is that JY doesn't offer the articulated fingers option and therefore, just a fixture of wires connected to a plate. I haven't run into any issues since receiving her.

There were no issues with the order process at all.

My review on the doll itself...
Very cute and a very nice and small bubble butt in the back. Over time however, her joints at the knees became very loose while her hip joints now require some lower leg manipulation plus a lot of muscle to break the stiffness.

The beauty in both of these products is premium TPE material. They don't need oiled often unless they need cleaned for dust accumulation

Overall for the vendor...
While there were some hiccups, but in the end this vendor is reliable and Elizabeth will see to whatever the customer needs.
