Welcome Nikki! There are several dolls that have optional penis attachments. If you don't have success searching the forum I can rename this thread with the question.

Thanks everyone!

I have seen some of the attachments & inserts. I like the ones from Real Doll the best so far like having the option of both (M/F) to switch.
