Why not a doll with a detachable head and detachable legs (but fixed arms).

The detachable limbs pose some problems (difficulties to align perfectly the two parts) so it is better to use this solution only where it is really useful. The problem of storage is the length of the doll and it is by removing the legs and the head that the doll is shortened.
Removing the arms has no interest since it does not shorten the doll. This does not even decrease its width since this is determined by the shoulders.

I think this is not a good idea to make a doll with detachable limbs.
Torso maybe, but questionable.
Small height dolls will cause problems with customs in some countries.
Masturbator-sized big dolls you already have. May be insert skeleton there...

Absolutely- detachable legs would get me to purchase a doll 100%.

Having the flexibility of a torso or full size doll as needed would make storage, use, and transport so much easier!

Torso dolls with heads are the only ones I buy. Arms are fine but skippable.

Detachable sounds ok, but I had a doll that didn't fit in the box with its head on, so every time I pulled it out I had to attach the head. And attaching heads and limbs can feel a little macabre and that was just the head. I can't imagine the setup of attaching a head and four limbs.

Yes and no.. no detachable anything, but yes in terms of producing dolls 90cm~110cm…. Mini Elsa babes would definitely fit for the type of dolls you make.. just my two cents ..

I'd rather you focused on things like weight reduction and improved softness. Storage is the least of all worries and a lighter doll is easier to store/take out of storage.
