Honestly red eyes are also not my favourite but the "eye creator" is in love with them and said to us " I am afraid that people won't take any other but red eyes because they are so beautiful" ... We were like "erm okay" ahhah

I'm not sure how you would add the fangs, but I think the red eyes would work better with black hair - maybe a vampire elf?

She is not bad looking, maybe a little scary but still very nice.
