WM140 Knee Joint Tightness

Question for the WM140 owners here: How tight are the knee joints for the WM140 model new and straight out of the box?

The last doll I purchased was almost 8 months ago so production may have changed. I have 2 WM140's. One of them has super loose knees and the other still has tight knees. There didn't seem to be, (at least when I ordered) any consistency in that area of how tight they might be. I requested both of them to be tight because in fact, the doll joints loosen over time naturally by design. Some people find the joints are too tight but don't realize they are going to loosen.
