I got one of these cotton pads, cut it in half and fold it to a triangle.
Put it in her mouth and position it with a makeup brush or rat tail comb.
It safely holds her mouth open slightly and looks like teeth

Nice little hack. Figured out something similar few days ago. Needed my Azoree have her mouth slightly openend for a photo shoot. Wettened some toiled paper and stuffed it in. Though had to bits of color correct with her (upper) TPE teeth in GIMP.
Another wet toilet paper teeth expedient, when teeth are not the focus of a scene. Adds both "have teeth" looks and opening the mouth a bit, just like she´s saying something. Does the purpose and minimal effort. No post edits in GIMP.
And open mouth doesn´t always means that teeth must be visible at all.
and her standard setup (default closed mouth) for comparison.

And btw. love your cotton pads trick. To me looks absolutely believable with your pretty gals. Next time I´ll try that alternative as well. Thanks!
