It looks like the security certificate needed for HTTPS connections has expired.
Note the error message is "NET::ERR_CERT_DATE_INVALID" and details indicate that "Issuer: cPanel, Inc. Certification Authority", "Expires on: Sep 22, 2022", "Current date: Sep 23, 2022".
Once they renew it all will be OK.
Probably fix it sometime tomorrow.

Yes, it was the certificate that was expired. It was set to auto-renew, but somehow this time the auto-renew didn't do it.
The certificate was renewed earlier today. So that part of the issue is solved.
And no worries, no hack, no-one was at risk.
