Hi,
this comparison video demonstrates the (haptic) difference between
hollow breast design and
solid TPE breasts:
The white doll (left) has 'solid' breasts, the yellow one (right) has hollow breasts. I guess you have figured that out from watching the video, the visible difference is obvious. The haptic difference is similarily strong.
Hollow respectively solid breasts is a customization option available for most dolls by SM Doll.
The rule of thumb: Hollow breasts are recommended for larger cup sizes, and solid breasts are recommended for smaller cup sizes.
