I tried to search but got an error saying I wasn't authorized to search and to try again in 6 seconds ... that was unexpected. Was that before you logged in into TDF? Because searches for guests are limited. The fact that words with less than 4 letters do not give a result is a configuration mistak...

The URL inside the img tags must be a link to the image, not to a page showing the image.
I do not use FB or Microsoft cloud so don't know if they offer a direct link to an image.
Feel free to upload your images as attachment.

This is resolved.

A setting got changed and it took me a while to find out what exactly.
It is now reverted, all my upload tests are successful.

I just found out that this problem happens with Android too.
I will do more investigation this evening.

Mr. Franz, sounds like your older PC is too old and does not rotate based on image meta data.

I can replicate that problem with my own iPhone (yes, I have one but usually do not use it).
But it happens nowhere else, just here on TDF.

Something is wrong in that pic. Normally images are always stored horizontal and with meta data the orientation is corrected when displaying. But the pic above is physically stored in vertical mode but still contains the meta data to do a rotation. Are you doing any processing before uploading? Can ...

TDF chat uses the browser session from TDF to authenticate. If you have any strict privacy browser or extension in use it might fail. The chat system is rather old and does not work nice on mobile devices. Better to use a desktop.

On top of every topic is a wrench icon. There you find subscribe and bookmark.
If you get email notifications depends on your personal settings in UCP.

Whatever you post is not unread by yourself and therefore doesn't show in your recent post list. Others will see it in thst list.

Yes of course.
When creating a new topic you will find the option "Poll creation" below the text editor.

Click on your name at the top right and select "User Control Panel". There you can find "Manage bookmarks".
