One tip is if you trim your own finger nails make sure you buff them smooth. I only have the normal mouth. You normally have to part the lips with your hand or finger to get in there so Im guessing it would be easier with the mouth open to start. I do give the normal mouth a thumbs up for oral.

If you use a large plastic freeze bag and a small roller type tool you can smooth out the clay without leaving marks. just make sure the plastic has no wrinkles.
