Are the wrist joints designed to swivel at the palm plate? If the doll has it's arm straight out, can the palm plate be rotated from perpendicular to the floor to parallel to the floor? Hope that makes sense.

Courtney is a WM 156 C cup, tan skin, #47 head. Teeth painted white with Liqutex acrylic artists paint. Ear rings posts were lubed with vaseline & poked right thru & I removed the hoops after the picture as the ears seem delicate.

Is there a "stickied" TPE care and maintenance thread? I have looked over in the repair and maintenance section but have not found it.
I keep seeing reference to it in other threads but no link's. I have read the mineral oil / vaseline thread.
