This kind of actuator wire might be the key to your concoction? Like connecting the wire to a tiny bluetooth speaker?

OMG! Never knew such things are available for sale at such low prices. They are all Sci-Fi stuff. I can imagine putting the "muscle wire" around the insert, so when there is an electric current on it the insert will "squeeze" inward.

This is a huge project, and Doll Sweet and Abyss have made a lot of progress on it. Of course they are all costing a premium, but those robot dolls are coming this year. It will take a lot of time and effort to catch up with those guys.
