Re: Require some help

Your tool looks good, but the melting TPE and pouring it into a wound will be a challenge. This is due to TPE not being a really good heat conductor. More details about it HERE (https://dollforum.com/forum/viewtopic.php?p=2235322) An effective alternative is to melt the TPE in the actual wound. One ...

Re: Texturing tool for TPE

Very good on the sculpting tools. It is nice when users develop tools for TPE repairs and updates. Well done ! Copper has been shown in some blends to cause TPE deterioration with extended contact. This usually is with wired fingers where the wired breaks, copper contacts the TPE and eventually you ...

Re: Zelex head mouth tear

The claims made regarding silicone dolls quality are downright misleading. Well you do have to smile about it a bit. There seemed to be a smugness from some silicone doll folks about their dolls being indestructible, while saying TPE was flimsy. But also many complaints from silicone doll owners th...

Re: Piercings

Many have done so and it is very easy. Get jewelry, poke through the TPE flesh and then insert jewelry. Unlike a real human there is no wailing, blood or healing involved. :) Once in your doll, use a bit of care around them. TPE tears and rips easier than human flesh. But also TPE can be easily repa...

Re: I think Dollsclub has just taken my money?

The best bet is to immediately contact PayPal and begin the process of getting a refund for non delivery of a paid product. PayPal allows you to recover funds if the process is started in a reasonable time. They have a limit on how long you can wait. Some doll companies follow a delay game and make ...

Re: I am looking for a smaller (lighter) A cup doll

Look carefully and cautiously when going into lighter and small breast dolls, such as the "A" cup you requested. There are many out there, but the combination of slight stature and small breasts can make them appear a bit young. This might pose issues with local authorities. Some sites (NO...

Re: ROS Silicone Head - LS#60 - Angelkisslovedoll Official

Nice.. Some heads makes a sloppy pop sound, when pulling out 🤩 Yes LS60 makes a wonderful sound when active. :) Now as to the suction device, here are my opinions and observations. These are mine and your mileage may vary. My suction head is from the same manufacture as the Angel Kiss heads, but di...

Re: ROS Silicone Head - LS#60 - Angelkisslovedoll Official

I am working on one repair and slapped a LS60 ROS on her for some test pictures. Someone has asked earlier for actual head images and I got sidetracked. :) Below should give you some idea of what the LS60 looks like in real life, and how she can look different by altering the mouth, eyes and positio...

The doll body it a YL 140N TPE and the head is an Angel Kiss LS60 ROS in soft silicone.
Just a quick combination to see if it worked.

Re: Damaged TPE doll from electric blanket

Not much doll time today, had to spend it with Irish dancers, corned beef and Guinness. But I was able to get some time to get a better handle on the repair issues. Looking her over it should be interesting. Butt and leg smoothing needed, along with some touch-up on the arms. Finger cleaning needed,...

Re: Damaged TPE doll from electric blanket

I think I remember this thread nearly a year ago. Taught me to buy a decent quality heat wrap blanket and to take care. Nice to see Wheezer has decided to try and rescue the doll. I did not dig back and find this thread until I actually had the dolls. So it was odd to see that I wrote about her the...

Re: Damaged TPE doll from electric blanket

I had the same thing happen to mine. Still contemplating on what to do with it... That one looks a bit tougher, since the heating coils melted indentations into her. :( In my case the blanket left ridges, ripples and other artifacts. Maybe just do the other side to match and call it cellulite. Hmmm...

Re: Damaged TPE doll from electric blanket

UPDATE - The doll is in the house. The OP has decided to move on and the doll is question now resides in Wheezerville, as another repair project. Strange that I last suggested to use the smoothing tool above, now I get to actually do it. :) In person the damage does not appear as bad as was initial...

Re: recommend?

As for a hybrid doll (TPE body/silicone head) those are starting to become more common and less of an issue with current models. I currently have two Sili Dolls that are hybrids and both use a great softer TPE blend with a silicone head. With those you can use silicone heads as supplied by Sili Doll...
