Fuck it. i have to try this. Have the same head and started bottoming out on the fiberglass inside. So, cut a hole to go through the top of the head, and wound up peeling it all back and off and carving a new throat entry with a dremel. Heading out for a 1.5" S40 sweep and ordering a TPE sleeve...

Did you / can you port the insert out of the back of the head for cleaning, or is this a fill and flush type of thing?

Are you doing other work with robotics? It wouldnt be hard to see pressure sensors inside the 'throat' triggering all kinds of actions, eyes rolling, suction, etc. Gonna be amazing to see what dolls can do in 5-10 years. Id bet on a population decline.
