I've tried 'em all and I prefer hollow.
They're plenty stable (won't change over time and are durable) and provide the most realistic nipple experience.
Plus helps to reduce weight of the doll.

The 159C is truly awesome. She's totally new to the line up, so you know you'll get the most up-to-date skeleton available. I've been dealing with this too. My new #326 head pops off the 159C body real easy, just can't get it to stay put.
But it works just fine on the 157B body.

I think the amount of TPE around the base of the head has something to do with it. Seems to prevent the head from seating properly.

Wow, this is awesome! I've noticed the mouth on my #326 head is structured a little different than the other 5 heads I have. Maybe it was a precursor to this NextGen head. For the most part I select heads with a wide mouth. Something closer to the Golden Ratio. IMHO all heads/faces should be created...
