The Riley and Ivy heads have large and small versions. Go with the smaller size head for the 148 and 158. I’m fairly certain all of the other heads only come in one size.

No, I got mine when they first started doing silicone for the 148B. LHs aren’t very soft at all and rather uncomfortable. I’d love to see a review from someone who has the latest version to show the current softness level. I’d actually consider buying it again the sculpt is that good.

I dunno, my 148D is almost 2 years old and still looks practically brand new. You gotta care for these dolls and not do crazy things.

Yes, but just to be safe I would put a memory foam or gel pillow under her feet when stored standing. I've done this with mine when they weren't hanging and it work perfect. The "hard" standing feet are much harder than the normal feet but they aren't ROCK hard...they till have some SLIGHT...
