My update is that i suck. At about a years wait i broke and ordered a Chinese silicon doll. Now though shes amazing i dont know how to feel because Realdoll Sharh will come later this year. (Estimated August production..from Sam).

Thats why I didn't name it.

Sam did ask me to check in mid January for a better timeline on my doll. I haven't yet. I won't lie i picked up a Chinese silicon doll thats been holding me over and made me much more patient for my RD. Perhaps i'll check in tomorrow if not for me but anyone else here thats awaiting news

I actually have a 'fair' skin Realdoll on order that should be arriving in a few months. The lead time is so astronomical that i dont think a custom color would add to it. No clue as to the additional cost

I spoke to Sam at abyss two weeks ago for almost an hour. They're catching up but it'll take time. Im closing in on 14 months on my order but i have absolute faith abyss will blow me away when she arrives. As long as you can be patient, you have nothing to fear.

Well had quite the chat with Sam today. For reference i e-mailed and he replied in 6 days. The guy is swamped but still getting shit done. Anyone complaining Abyss/Sam don't reply is incorrect. I have not had an update nor received my doll. I've pledged unboxing and reviews in addition to some photography. Nov 15th will be 13 months. No i'm not certain. How could i be? I know that i'm this deep and bailing now will lead to the dreaded what-ifs you mentioned. Like you said Realdoll is a different creature. I have to know and i can devolve from there. I want Sharh to be perfect so i have to start from the top and work down.

Tonight im at eleven months. Shes still at order status. I refuse to break. If i had known, i know which starpery, wm, irontech or zelex model i would've ordered. My title should've been "Sharh, the first, and the last doll". I know your responses, i still need them. I am spiraling here.
