Wouldn't recommend either of those things, you need to wash it off but never use alcohol on silicone and hot water is good but it is not recommended to use boiling water on a doll's skin in general. Imo you should try some of the techniques to clean kitchen silicone appliances like baking soda, chlo...

For something this small i'd recommend to create them yourself, would be quite easy with a 3D printer and some platinum grade silicone, hard part would be to get the right color i guess.
