Holiday trip with Mara (outdoor photos)

A few days ago I realized that my post count was almost 1000. So I thought the number 1000 had to be something special. I think I found something.

In July 2013 I took a one week holiday with Mara. My first and at that time only doll. I carried her two stairs down and sat her onto the passenger seat of my car. And then I drove several hours. The holiday was a very nice experience. I have to do something like this again.

I took photos on different locations. Let's start with one of them.
She wears gloves in all photos because of some finger pokes.

Wow!! Gee...Tsall, never told me you had done some outdoor shoots with your gal. They are great. Love the scenery. Which river is this? Definitely has the European look that one would never see here in the States. Brings back memories of my 10 year stint of backpacking all over the world. Been almost 12 years since I last was in Europe. You have a big gal, so I hope it wasn't too far of a carry for you.

Congratulations on breaking the 1k barrier, and those are some nice photos buddy. Outdoor photos are the best

The Moselle valley is a beautiful region. A lot of tourism.
I know that I was very satisfied, so I think she was satisfied too.

I never told anybody.

This vacation was the only time I took outdoor pictures with a full size doll. I want to do this more often, but Lucia is to heavy and Mara isn't in a perfect condition. And I'm a bit lazy.

The river is the Moselle (Mosel in German). The pictures are taken near Bernkastel-Kues.
Mara is 165 cm tall and weights 41 kg. Therefore I searched places where I can drive with my car as close as possible. In this case you can see a small but drivable path in the background. So I had to carry her only a few meters.

Here on TDF and any other forum I know about you can't find much Dreamdolls. I remember m78's Marilou had the same head, but his pictures are all gone.

Another set of beautiful photos, great doll, scenery and clear and nice quality photos!

Roadtrips are always nice, never know what you are gonna see or experience. Maybe we should start planning for The Great TDF Roadtrip of 2020, we could rent a bus and take the TDF meet to another level
