This is a hip masturbator from Feel So Good. The normal retail cost is about $85.95 plus shipping. There were panties included but I opened the box and took them out for use on a doll. The hip has never been used or even taken out of the inner plastic bag except for these photos.

The vaginal canal is dual layer and the anal canal is single layer. There's an inner set of lips on the vaginal canal.
